Cynosure Elite & Elite+ IGBT Diode

This product includes the Cynosure Elite and Elite+ IGBT Diode rated at 1200V and 600A.

The IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) is a high-voltage, high-current switching device that regulates current flow through the flashlamps in laser systems. When activated, it completes the circuit from the "+" capacitor bank, through the flashlamps, to the "-" side of the capacitor bank, allowing current to pass. This ensures optimal and efficient performance of the laser. A single IGBT module is used in these lasers to precisely control this current.
