Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
Due to the technical and sensitive nature of professional laser device spare parts, we maintain a strict returns policy.
This policy operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applicable New Zealand consumer regulations.
2. Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for:

Incorrectly ordered parts

Incompatibility due to customer error

Opened electrical or electronic components

Installed or used items
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their specific device model before purchase.
3. Eligible Returns (Non-Faulty Items)
We may accept returns only if:

The item is unused

The item is unopened

Original packaging is intact

Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Written approval is granted prior to return
Items must be securely packaged to avoid transit damage.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:

Laser handpieces and internal components

Clearance or discounted items

Items damaged due to improper installation
Spare parts for systems such as Candela Corporation and Cynosure devices must be installed by qualified technicians.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation.
6. Return Approval Process
To request a return:

Ship item within 5 business days of approval
Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.
7. Refund Processing

Bank transfer refunds may take additional processing time depending on financial institutions.
8. Warranty
Where applicable, manufacturer warranty terms apply.
We do not provide additional warranties beyond those required under Australian Consumer Law unless explicitly stated in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
