3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

New Zealand

  • Standard delivery: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free shipping promotions (if applicable) apply only within Australia unless otherwise stated.

5. Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon dispatch from our warehouse.

  • We are not liable for courier delays, loss, or damage in transit.

  • Customers must inspect goods upon delivery.

If goods arrive damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of packaging and product damage


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (New Zealand Orders)

For shipments to New Zealand:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, GST, customs processing fees, or regulatory charges.

  • Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

We do not guarantee clearance timelines.


7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address information.

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


8. Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within the estimated timeframe

  • Arrives damaged

  • Arrives incomplete

9. Signature on Delivery

  • Customers must verify model compatibility before ordering.

  • We are not liable for incorrect orders.
